  9.  MASHED  POTATO  CANDY

  11.  1/4 cup mashed potatoes (1 sm. potato)
  12.  2 tbsp milk
  13.  1 tsp vanilla
  14.  Dash salt
  15.  1 lb box powdered sugar
  16.  Peanut butter

  18.  Preparation : 
  19.  Mix together all ingredients, except peanut butter.  Add sugar until 
  20.  dough consistency. Roll out onto powdered sugar dusted bread board or 
  21.  waxed paper. Spread peanut butter all over.  Roll it up like a jelly roll loaf. 
  22.  Place in refrigerator to chill. Slice 1/4-inch thick.
